Supporting our network of dealerships, this role is central to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our people.As the Safety, Health & Compliance Coordinator, your primary focus will be providing expert workplace health and safety advice, planning and implementing WHS policies and programs, identifying hazards, assessing risks, and monitoring compliance across our sites.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeDelivering expert WHS advice and support to managers and teamsDeveloping, implementing and reviewing workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and programsConducting site inspections, audits, and investigations, and ensuring findings are actionedIdentifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and recommending effective control measuresMonitoring and reporting on safety performance and complianceSupporting training and communication initiatives to strengthen safety awareness and cultureEnsuring compliance with relevant WHS legislation, standards, and internal policiesWhat Youll BringExperience in a health and safety or compliance-focused role, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-site environmentSolid knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management principles, and best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communication and interpersonal skills - able to engage across all levels of the businessA collaborative and solutions-focused approachRelevant qualifications in Work Health and Safety (Certificate IV or higher preferred)We Can Offer YouA car, fuel, and phone allowance to support you on the road8 weeks paid parental leaveA flexible and empowering work environmentOpportunities to contribute to national People & Culture initiativesEmployee Assistance Program (EAP).
