We are a business that cares deeply about our clients'' trading experience and how we can improve it, but even more about the people here who help make it all happen.What youll ownAs a leader in Operations team, you will get to work directly on creating new trading products, improving pricing and execution quality, maintaining the trading infrastructure, investigating trading issues, generating internal data and reporting, as well as leading our team of Trading Ops Analysts within the business with day-to-day operations. The role will require problem-solving ability and the skill to identify process improvements, potential risks, and issues to ensure our systems run smoothly and that our clients have the best trading experience possible. A typical day would look like this:Supervising and supporting the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Triaging incoming queries, issues and investigations from other teams within the business.Overseeing investigations into trade and system issues.Assisting in the drafting of responses to external dispute resolution services.Developing policies and procedures that ensure adherence to internal controls and risk management practices.Implementing and maintaining internal controls to prevent errors, system outages and fraud.Trading infrastructure, product and trading platform administration.Reporting to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.Identifying arising trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement across our products, platforms and processes.Monitoring trading systems and processes to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively, addressing any issues that arise promptly.Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to trading operations.Leading transparent and effective communication regarding operational changes and updates.What we are looking forBachelor in Commerce or similar5 years + of experience in the CFD industryInterest and experience in financial marketsStrong leadership skills to inspire and manage teams, foster a positive work environment, and drive performance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions.Experience with trading platforms, such as MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTraderExperience with bridge technology, such as oneZero or PrimeXMStrong data skills in SQL and ExcelA bit about life with usWe give you more time for what matters.Quarterly volunteer days - Give back to causes you care about.Work from Anywhere Weeks - Spend up to 2 weeks per year working remotely from anywhere in the world.Extra annual leave - To say thanks for your loyalty, each year youre with us, youll receive an additional day of leave.Hybrid & flexible hours - Start early, finish early.
