This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fostering employee growth, facilitating learning programs, and driving performance improvement. You will assist in the delivery of training programs, monitor learning effectiveness, and support the creation of training content to ensure high-quality learning experiences.What will you do?Forge and cultivate win-win partnerships with stakeholders and partners within your area of responsibility by employing creative solutions, actively testing new ideas, and thinking outside the boxDrive revenue via the Klook platform by ensuring the right products are acquired and optimized for our global customer baseWork with partners to identify opportunities to promote their products and develop the Klook brand in the ANZ marketNegotiate with our partners to ensure that our customers have access to the best quality supply in marketSource new merchant partners and products, clearly delivering the Klook brand value to business partners to ensure we have the best offering in the market.Work closely with our international marketing, content, finance and product teams to grow the overall performance of your product mixIdentify market trends and provide market & competitor analysis to optimize business strategiesSuccessfully deliver product portfolio and sales targets, as well as other strategic KPIsOther duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employeeWhat is expected?At least 3-5 years work experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management roleBusiness development experience within hospitality / travel business is preferred but not essentialStrong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written and verbal communications skillsConfident, self-motivated and goal-orientedGlobally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgroundsA start-up attitude highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude thats not afraid to work independently when requiredBachelor degree in hospitality or business management preferredKlook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
