1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.An outstanding opportunity has presented itself to join our Head Office Team in the position of Human Resource/ Payroll Officer, located onsite in Tullamarine just minutes away from Melbourne Airport.Theonsite rolerequires an honest and enthusiastic individual, who possess'' excellent computer skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, is reliable and able to provide and maintain excellent internal and external customer service.Your responsibilities will include:Managing all HR functions for up to 200 employees working for 4 separate entities across VIC, SA and QLDProcessing, maintaining and improving the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboardingSupporting the Branch Management Teams with recruitmentSupporting the Branch Management Teams with drafting and documenting performance managementManaging employee licence and accreditation complianceManaging our staff rewards programLong service leave calculations (SA, VIC and QLD legislation understanding preferred)Fortnightly processing of payroll (experience with ELMO or Employment Hero preferred)Production of monthly reports using ExcelManagement of Workcover ClaimsAssisting the Admin and Finance Team with General Administration and other ad hoc dutiesTo be considered for this position you will have proven HR experience ideally within a busy environment.Previous experience with online Human Resource systems is preferred.You will be a team player, possessing an analytical and problem solving mindset who is prepared to learn all aspects of the business.
