This Business Development Manager will focus on identifying, pursuing and closing sales prospects for all of TLSs legal services and technologies.Were seeking a candidate based in Perth, Australia. While we currently do not have an office in Perth, we plan to open one in the future. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role. They should have experience in consultative sales of e-discovery solutions with an emphasis on sales or consulting directly to law firms and corporate legal departments.Description:Develop prospective clients through several strategies including internet research, trade show lists, referrals, various professional directories and personal investigationSource and close new clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other means (tradeshows, regional organizations, etc.)Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering elite client service and engaging them by using knowledge of each industry and organizationFormulate a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsGenerate daily outreach efforts to prospective clientsBuild a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales processDevelop project budgets and create proposalsInstil confidence among clients with your personal credibility and experience and the companys footprint in the e-discovery space.Establish customer relationships that enable TLS to be viewed as a trusted advisor.Understand and articulate TransPerfects full line of business offerings, capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages, and identify and refer opportunities within each of these areas to specialist sales and client service teams to closeSet and manage client expectations while consulting with each client for best practicesManage and control pricing and contractual issuesTravel (including multiple annual conferences, client meetings) - domestic and/or internationalRequired Skills:3-6 years experience in business development and sales in eDiscovery/litigation supportExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsMinimum Bachelor''s degree or equivalentProven sales life cycle experience - lead generation through business closingProven track record in achieving sales targetExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skillsEffective time managementBy applying, I confirm I have read and accept TransPerfect''s Privacy Policy: provides equal employment opportunities to all individuals regardless of their race, colour, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local law.We celebrate diversity as one of our core values and we have a clear goal: to be an inclusive workplace where a diverse mix of talented people want to come, stay and do their best work.
