Are you equally a people person who loves interacting with clients?This is a Permanent Full time role working a 76 hour fortnight Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm. Youll be an integral part of our dedicated Morayfield Allied Health team and take intense pride in the powerful change you can implement in peoples lives by working together as a team. Youll enjoy working as part of our playful, close-knit and dedicated Admin team.This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Administration Officer which is a position we would normally only recruit from within.Your role will involve a wide variety of tasks:Reception and Customer Service duties answering phones, greeting clients, managing arrivals and cancellationsInvoicing & handling paymentsSupporting others with General Administration duties such as responding to queries, forwarding communications to the relevant areas, filing, scanning, data entry and electronic document managementLiaising with clients regarding appointment changes; assisting with the sending out & managing of quotes & signed agreements for servicesMaintaining accurate records of all communication with clientsScheduling of appointments and meetings in clinician calendarsAssisting new and potential clients through responding to intake requests via phone, email or social media contacts, gaining an understanding of client needs, gathering relevant paperwork and information and booking appointmentsLeading and overseeing a portfolio of general professional or specialised administrative practice across TAG locations and streams to ensure consistent, high quality and high performing practice in that area.Maintaining contemporary knowledge of relevant and applicable legislation to ensure effective dissemination of information, and to provide support and advice throughout TAG, including to management and executive leadership.Providing internal, online, and external training in the professional or specialised administrative practice area on behalf of TAG.Supporting whole of TAG projects through engagement with consultation efforts and developing content relevant to the delegated portfolio.Identifying and providing feedback throughout TAG departments and leadership on gaps in professional, procedural, and administrative knowledge base and working collaboratively to assist in future development and organisational opportunities.Facilitating and providing advice to leadership, management, and executive teams regarding compliance within the delegated portfolio with all relevant legislation, practice standards (e.g. NDIA), and agreements and contractsSupport the administration team leader in facilitating administration team specific workflows both within the delegated portfolio area and broadly across the team as delegated by the team leaderManaging complaints and escalationsABOUT YOUA people person who loves interacting with and helping othersPrevious experience as an Administration Officer or Senior AdministratorQLD Drivers licence and own reliable transportHave a great eye for detail, process driven - We will be conducting testing as part of our recruitment processProficient Typing skills and the ability to pick different software systems up quickly - We will be conducting testing as part of our recruitment processReliable and dedicated - you hate being late and letting anyone downAble to work aloneHappy to work for $34p/hour perm full-time dependant on experienceWHY USUp to $2500 Professional development budget per year40 hours per year bonus leaveExciting team events throughout the yearIf all of the above sounds like you, then this role is for you!HOW TO APPLYSimply apply with a resume.
