Thorn Baker is collaborating with an established Facilities Management company to recruit a Soft Services Site Manager in the Paddington area of London.Position Details:Site based, 5 days a week40 hours per weekManaging retail and high-rise office unitsCandidate Requirements:The ideal candidate will have experience managing cleaning operations valued at over 1 million.Responsibilities:Managing daily office cleaning, window cleaning, waste management, and external cleaningBudget and P&L management, including financial reportingImplementing and maintaining health and safety proceduresManaging high-level external cleaning using cradles and abseilersLeading and developing staff with strong people management skillsTeam and Client Engagement:The Account Lead will oversee an Operations Manager and be responsible for a contract worth approximately 2M, with around 30 staff members.
