Permanent part-time position 15.2 hours per week weekends and Public Holidays on a rotating roster Drive an outstanding resident experience and contribute to our great culture ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Night Manager to join our team at The Western Sydney University Penrith on a permanent part-time basis (15.2 hours per week). As Night Manager, you will be adaptable and equipped to handle any situation during evening hours. You will think quickly and resolve problems as they arise. Resident safety is our top priority. You will support residents'' wellbeing and oversee the building during overnight hours. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor building security and safety; perform perimeter checks and resolve issues or emergencies. Manage administrative tasks including records, payments, audits, and reports. Handle incident management, grievances, and conflict resolution during night shifts. Support residents by being a friendly point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare. Respond to calls about noise, disturbances, or lockouts. Attend training and staff meetings as required.
