You will support the sales operations team in their achievement of key sales targets and performance indicators including supporting regional teams with daily, weekly and monthly reporting.If you''re data driven and eager to progress your career in automotive, this is the role for you!Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team in the day-to-day operations, including preparing reports and coordinating larger meetingsOrganize meetings and collate presentations for the sales and executive teamCoordinate the creation and distribution of sales materialManage the Aged Stock Program including Quarter program costing and approval form.Maintain and update sales records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrityGenerate and distribute regular sales performance reports and dashboardsAssist in the analysis of sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvementLiaise with dealers and regions regarding various reports, programs and initiativesAssist in the development of monthly regional and dealer incentive programsAbout YouYou have the below skills and experience and are passionate about progressing your career with an innovative and dynamic automotive brand.Some experience working in a corporate environment or recent graduate with an interest in Sales Operations.Intermediates excel skills with experience using Vlook Ups and Pivot Tables.Data driven mindset with the ability to generate insights from data.Strong attention to detail working with multiple large data sets.Why work for Hyundai Motor Company Australia?We take great pride in creating an inclusive, energised and team-based workplace with meaningful experiences, encouraging innovation and a growth mindset.HMCA & GMAu: Exposure to all facets of the business, its products and future business.Learning & Development: Personalised LMS System and clear L&D strategy for all staff.
