If you thrive in a professional environment and take pride in impeccable service, this role offers the perfect blend of hospitality and work-life balance.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, setup, and execution of in-house and off-site events (e.g., client receptions, seminars, firm socials, and board meetings).Coordinate with catering services, AV teams, facilities, and external vendors to ensure all event needs are met.Prepare event spaces by arranging furniture, setting up food and beverage stations, and ensuring cleanliness and readiness.Provide elevated concierge style hospitality servicesSet-up meeting rooms as specifiedPerform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with suppliesClean pantry and kitchen as neededProvide support for miscellaneous requests and flex servicesUtilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasksQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferredGood customer service skills, including tact in handling complaintsGood verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift or move 40 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of timeWorking knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and ExcelThe Compensation range for this role is 14.38 to 17.98 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
