With over-the-counter market leaders including MCoBeauty, Natalis, Chemists Own, Nude by Nature and Apohealth, VidaCorp continues to gain consumer preference by providing quality, affordable products on both the domestic and international stage.About the role:This role is responsible for managing and growing the relationship/s with Pricelineby leading new product uptake and penetration, working to deploy new brand launches and overseeing strategic focused joint business plans to achieve the overall Sales divisions budgeted sales and gross profit.Developing and fostering a team of high performing Account Managers and Executives the National Business Manager will lead the units position/reputation of being trusted leaders, advisors and partners to the decision makers at Priceline to deliver on the strategic and aligned goals.Role & Responsibilities:Manage and grow the Priceline account through strategic decision-making, effective communication, and alignment with customer expectations and campaigns.Drive commercial outcomes by achieving net sales and margin targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.Lead coordination across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to support product launches and account initiatives.Identify and pursue growth opportunities unique to Priceline, including branded partnerships and specialty products.Develop and manage customer agreements, including terms negotiation, bonus stock, rebates, and contractual obligations.Oversee strategic planning, including customer joint business plans and a 3-year growth roadmap in partnership with marketing and category teams.Ensure operational excellence, guiding field sales execution, performance reviews, stock management, and performance analysis.Lead and support the Priceline NAMs to effectively implement strategies and drive results at the store level.Commit to continuous learning, staying up to date with industry trends, internal policies, and therapeutic knowledge.Ensure compliance and safety, adhering to health, safety, and company standards in all work environments.17th June, 2025About DBG Health & VidaCorp:DBG Health is a leading independent health, wellness, and beauty company headquartered in Melbourne.
