With a national chain of stores and an exciting expansion of new store openings on the horizon, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced and motivated retail leader to join us as a Multi Site Store Manager in Western Australia, based just 7km from Perth CBD. The Role: Based just 7km from Perth CBD, you will inspire and lead dedicated teams across various locations. You will be the driving force and support for multiple stores, stepping in on secondment during manager absences, times of leave, and ready to take on permanent Store Manager roles that may arise from new openings, resignations, or internal moves as they become available. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate diverse teams, including Assistant Store Managers, to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the customer journey. Oversee store operations: inventory, merchandising, compliance, and health & safety. Drive sales and profitability through effective strategies and promotions. Foster a positive, collaborative workplace with strong communication and teamwork. What We Are Looking For: Experienced Store Managers, Retail Leaders, or Assistant Managers ready for multi-site leadership.
