Supporting this role are the facilities team, who handle administrative tasks and initial inquiries from tenants and contractors, and the finance team, which assists with tenant inquiries, budgets, and reconciliations.About the Role:Take primary responsibility for the overall performance of property and facilities management operations.Administer all leases to ensure compliance by owners and tenants, serving notices as approved by the owner.Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with owners objectives and investment strategies.Stay informed on building services, real estate market activities, developments, and trends to assess their impact on tenancies, finances, and physical assets.Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure prompt response to emergencies or urgent inquiries.To succeed, you must be highly organized and eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
