The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Director of Nursing and Operations to lead the Medical Services team. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive performance, support innovation, and champion clinical excellence within one of Victorias most respected public health services.As a member of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with the General Manager and Medical Director to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care across medical specialties.
