More information can be found at rocp.comABOUT THE JOBReporting to the Director, Head of Wholesale Distribution, this role will be instrumental in driving fundraising and relationship management in the private wealth segment. Youll lead our Melbourne presence and act as a key point of contact for wealth firms and intermediaries, helping shape the firms go-to-market strategy for wholesale distribution.Key Responsibilities:Raise capital across Roc Partners private market offerings through established and new relationships in the wealth management space.Manage and grow relationships with independent financial advisers (IFAs), wealth managers, private banks, and family offices.Serve as the local lead for our Melbourne office, driving new business development initiatives.Deliver engaging presentations and manage investor due diligence processes.Collaborate with internal teams (Investments, Operations, Marketing, Compliance) to support product launches and investor onboarding.Maintain CRM systems with accurate and timely client interaction records.Represent Roc Partners at industry events and conferences, with selective domestic travel.This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional service to institutional investors while contributing to the overall success of Roc Partners.ABOUT YOUYou are a confident and strategic communicator with a passion for private markets and investor engagement.
