with Azure Active Directory, and associated Azure identity and access management functionsExperience with identity management software NetIQ Identity management, NetIQ Access management, CyberArk privileged access management product suitesGood understanding of automation and development processesAdvanced understanding of all aspects of the broader operational environment (ie. processes, procedures, associated toolsets, operating systems, etc.)Proven capabilities in vendor, partner and stakeholder relationship management including the monitoring and maintenance of outsource agreements and project delivery to agreed service levels and timeframesCommercial Skills and Formal QualificationsMicrosoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, AZ-104, AZ-400).Linux certifications (e.g., RHCSA, RHCE, LPIC-1/2) highly regarded.Experience in regulated industries (retail, logistics, hospitality, or healthcare).Familiarity with modern endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, Azure Arc).Exposure to DevOps tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, and JFrog Artifactory.Practical experience with automation technologies (Terraform, Ansible, System Center Orchestrator).Tertiary qualifications in ITIn
