Its an exciting time to join the team as theyre launching 4 new brands this year and plan to expand to DTC.As the Senior Marketing Manager, youll report to the GM, lead a team with agency support and have scope to hire more people when you start. Its a full-time, permanent role located in the western suburbs of Melbourne, offering $140-160k + Super.Requirements:Proven expertise in Retail, Wholesale or FMCG Marketing in-house or agencies, creating and delivering GTM strategies with a focus on Packaging (Brand, Digital, Studio)Leadership skills to manage a small marketing team and oversee an in-house photography studioHands-on with campaign delivery and workflow oversight with a track record of delivering to business objectivesSuits candidates with experience in senior agency roles who are client-facing and across all touchpoints of a campaignFamily-owned, so it also aligns with candidates coming from small, privately owned businesses wearing many hatsA collaborative mindset is key; youll work closely with Buyers, other department Leads and the business ownersExcellent communication skills are needed as youll regularly present back to the businessAble to manage agency relationships and guide the business with what should be brought in-house vs outsourcedComfortable in a fast-paced business thats looking to become more digital and future-readyWhat''s in it for you:$140,000 - $160,000 + SuperannuationScope and budget to grow your teamExciting projects: DTC expansion, new websites, 4 new brands launchingYou must possess full Australian working rights to be consideredIf this sounds like you, apply now!
