Perkins Builders has maintained its strong presence in the Perth and South West markets, with an increasing portfolio and project size, currently delivering several landmark projects in Western Australia.About the RolePerkins Builders is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Perth, overseeing Commercial Construction sites across the Perth Metro region. You will manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high standards. Candidates should have Commercial Construction experience on projects valued between $20m - $50m.What you will be doingOverseeing site safety, ensuring staff and contractors comply with HSE standards.Supervising construction through to final handover, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality delivery, adhering to statutory and contractual obligations.Programming and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.Developing and maintaining relationships with site teams, clients, and consultants.Interpreting drawings and specifications.Sourcing labor and supervising site workforce.Checking and ensuring accuracy of measurements of structures.Managing procurement, maintenance of equipment, and site security.Preparing reports and attending site meetings.About YouMinimum 3 years experience as a Site Manager in Commercial Construction.Trade Qualification or tertiary qualification in Building & Construction.Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.Knowledge of HSE legislative requirements.Strong leadership and people management skills.Current Drivers Licence, White Card, and First Aid Certificate.What''s NextIf you believe this role fits your skills and experience, please submit your resume and cover letter.
