Bring your passion to grow and develop a team of truck and trailer spare part sales professionals!Truckline is currently looking for a full-time permanent Assistant Store Manager at our Karratha Branch.About the Role:The role of Assistant Manager is an important leadership position within the CVG store network, serving as crucial support for Store Managers and playing a key role in employee development.The Assistant Manager actively contributes to the store''s business plan. Working under the guidance of the Store Manager, this role involves coaching employees, overseeing projects aimed at achieving sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing constructive feedback and counselling to employees when necessary and aligning with Bapcor''s values and expectations.In periods of the Store Manager''s absence, the Assistant Manager will step into the leadership role, taking responsibility for guiding the store to meet the required KPIs.
