Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short-term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy, and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.About Your RoleScope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Roster Business Partner to work within our Business Performance & Operations Division.Reporting to the Roster Business Partner Manager, you will work closely with Senior Managers, Operations Managers, Accommodation Managers, the Roster team, and house teams to develop rosters for support workers in a sensitive, complex, and regulated environment.Your Key FocusSupport operational teams in transitioning to NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) rosters, drawing on previous experience in roster creation. Support the transition on multiple operational house rosters across all H@S SIL houses.Ensure rosters adhere to industrial awards (DSEAV) rostering principles.Make recommendations for improvement based on feedback, insights, and trends to enhance resident support and workforce efficiencies.Coordinate, track, and collate preferences and feedback from Operations.Maintain evidence of key decisions, reasoning, and approvals.What We Look ForYou will have experience in drafting rosters based on input from Operations Staff, Management advice, and award constraints. You will have high-level communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organization, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Additionally, you should demonstrate:The ability to think on your feet to progress difficult or challenging discussions and inspire confidence.Support operational teams in transitioning to NDIS SIL rosters, supporting multiple house rosters across all Scope VicSIL houses.Ensure rosters adhere to industrial awards and rostering principles.Deliver reporting that demonstrates progress and highlights risks and trends to the Roster Business Partner Manager and project team.View the position description here.We are committed to filling this role quickly.
