In this role, you''ll ensure a quality service delivery and outcomes for women and children experiencing family and domestic violence through comprehensive case management, education programs and practical support.This is a max term, part-time (30 hours per week) opportunity until 30 June 2027, based in Katanning.Skills and Experiences:What You Will BringYou are a passionate and talented individual who is keen to learn new skills and driven to deliver a high-quality service.You will have:Qualification in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline (desirable), or relevant experienceDemonstrated experience in supporting individuals and families, preferably in respect to family and domestic violence and/or traumaDemonstrated experience in family violence safety assessment and case managementExperience working in culturally safe and responsive ways with clients from Aboriginal and other diverse cultural backgroundsDemonstrated conflict resolution, advocacy and negotiation skillsThe successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year.BenefitsFrom $84,000 per annum (pro-rata) + 11.5% superannuationIn addition to your remuneration, you will enjoy generous tax-free salary packaging benefits where you can package up to $15,900 per annum and not pay tax on that amount.Additional 3 days (pro-rata) leave a year.Why join us?At Anglicare WA we are all about people, placing people at the heart of our work.
