You''ll be supported throughout by a Director of Service to help you thrive in your role.Service Location: Narre Warren SouthWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, split shifts: 7:00AM - 9:00AM and 2:45PM - 6:00PM.The Role - Ready to Grow Your Leadership?As the Second in Charge (2IC), you will be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for children. This role is perfect for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, eager to make a positive impact on children, parents, and the team.Responsibilities:Engage with the school community by attending events and assemblies.Assist in creating and implementing enriching experiences based on childrens preferences.Build genuine relationships with children and families.Play and have fun with primary school-aged children.Ensure your program complies with industry regulations.The Successful Candidate:Experience in Before and After School Care or education is preferred but not essential; training is provided.Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a fun attitude.Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.Strong team player with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.Passionate about creating enriching experiences for children.Energetic, enthusiastic, and fun-loving.Holds a relevant Diploma qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
