The Sanctuary Model is an evidence-supported care model that supports people who work in stressful human services and care delivery environments.The OpportunityAs a Trainee Educator for Anglicare Early Years at our Googong Early Learning Centre, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and delivery of high-quality educational play-based programs for children aged between birth and 5 years.You will establish warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to children''s learning and well-being throughout the day.As a Trainee Educator, you be enrolled in Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through our training provider, Bedford College. You will receive mentoring and assistance from qualified teachers, including dedicated study time during work hours.
