Our courses are delivered by experienced trainers in a supportive environment, ensuring that each student can achieve their best.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role located in Griffith, NSW, and/or Leeton, NSW campus for a Trainer & Assessor in Individual Support. The Trainer & Assessor will deliver training for the units of the qualification, assess student competency including marking, provide guidance and support to students, and maintain accurate records of student progress. The role involves working closely with students from diverse backgrounds to help them achieve their educational goals. The role reports to the VET Manager.Qualifications & Essential ExperienceCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110, TAE40116, TAE40122 or equivalent) or enrolled in suchRelevant industry experience and knowledge of current industry standards and practices in Aged Care, Disability and/or Individual SupportRegistered Nurse or Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (CHC33021) or predecessor or appropriate long-term industry experience and skills for consideration against the qualificationGood communication and presentation skillsPassion for adult education and community developmentDesirableExperience in developing and delivering training programsProficiency in assessing student competency and maintaining accurate records #J-18808-Ljbffr
