Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or Proficient)Behaviour Support Practitioner - (Core or Proficient)Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)Work type: Part-time or Full-timeLocation: Geelong/ Hybrid work optionMindhelp is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or Proficient) to join our team and be part of this exciting journey.Key Responsibilities:Service Delivery: Manage a caseload of NDIS Participants with complex and challenging behaviours, providing expert behavioural assessments and interventions.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients, families, support workers, and other health professionals to ensure effective behaviour support planning.Compliance & Quality Standards: Ensure adherence to NDIS Behaviour Support Practice Standards and oversee the implementation of behaviour support plans, including restrictive practice reporting and reduction strategies.About You:Recognised by the NDIA Quality and Safeguards commission as a Core or Proficient level Behaviour Support Practitioner.A Bachelor''s degree and/or postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field desired but not necessary (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Nursing).Have a minimum one year of professional experience in delivering Positive Behaviour Support services within the NDIS Framework.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Current NDIS Screening, Working with Children Checks, and a valid NDIS Practitioner ID.A valid driver''s licence.Why Join Mindhelp?At Mindhelp, we are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals.
