Position Duties Manage, motivate, and develop your team in accordance with the companys standards and guidelines Take ownership of your departments budgets and targets, and analyse efficiency to achieve the companys objective Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure your team meets the same standards by leading by example and providing training. Drive sales and achieving KPI''s for your department Plan and manage the rosters of your team aligned with budget and business needs Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your department Utilise your industry knowledge about the latest fashion trends to conduct market research in order to deliver feedback to Head Office in Spain Manage and support the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor is replenishment at all times Conduct store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store Support and provide a safe and healthy work environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, violence, and any form of inappropriate behaviour for all participants within the workplace. Role Requirements Diploma and 2 years of relevant work experience, or 3 years of relevant work experience Passionate about leading your team to success and providing an exceptional customer experience Confident and clear communication skills Experience managing a large team Commercially minded with strong product knowledge and insight on trends Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Visual merchandising experience Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays and weekends About Us We are Inditex!
