Youll: Provide seamless, high-end table service across all stages of the dining experience Work in alignment with established Sequence of Service standards Handle guest interactions with professionalism, personality, and care Maintain Food Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol standards Work collaboratively under pressure in a fast-paced, service-driven environment Be available for split shifts and flexible rostering Start immediately About You Were looking for hospitality professionals with a proven track record of working in fast-paced, premium dining settings . You will: Have at least 6 months experience in a similar high-end venue Understand formal service standards and confidently carry 3 plates and a drinks tray Demonstrate strong food and wine knowledge, including ideal pairings Have a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences Show reliability, initiative, and consistency in your work history Thrive in a team and respond well to direction in dynamic environments Required Qualifications Current RSA (QLD or Nationally recognised) Essential Food Safety Certificate Desirable Current Driver Licence Desirable Why work with us Hamilton Island is Australias tropical island in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef - easily accessed via direct flights or ferry transfers.
