About the Role As Assistant Manager, youll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our high-end dining venues. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to maintain luxury service standards Support seamless daily operations alongside the Restaurant Manager Deliver personalised, professional guest service in a dynamic environment Oversee staff rostering, cost control, and inventory management Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling standards Uphold excellence in food presentation and beverage service Conduct performance reviews and drive team development Support VIP experiences, events, and special activations Manage reporting, financial transactions, and day-to-day admin About You Youre a confident and capable hospitality leader with a passion for fine dining and premium service.
