About the role Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across the lifespan, working collaboratively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful health outcomes. Take a proactive leadership role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, while coordinating nursing services across diverse clinical environments and facilitating timely referrals. Work both independently and as part of a supportive team, demonstrating accountability in clinical decision-making and safe delegation of care to enrolled nurses and healthcare workers. Lead the coordination and day-to-day management of clinical trials at St Vincents Centre for Applied Medical Research, ensuring excellence in patient care, resource use, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Maintain the highest standards in data integrity and patient privacy, ensuring all research activities align with ICH-GCP, ethical guidelines, and Australian legislation. Drive access to innovative research opportunities by building strong relationships with sponsors, investigators, and institutional partners, while championing high-quality, patient-centred clinical research. About you Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA, with a strong foundation in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and varied healthcare settings, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Experienced in clinical research and/or clinical trials, with a solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), research protocols, data analysis, and care delivery in mental health and related clinical environments. Highly proficient in the use of electronic patient records, clinical databases, and digital communication tools, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
