Expression of Interest Transport Scheduler Looking to join a growing business in the booming mining and construction industry? We are now inviting Expressions of Interest for a future Transport Scheduler opportunity based at our Oxley, QLD branch. This is an ideal opportunity to register your interest ahead of recruitment commencing later this year. About the Role This role will support our Transport division by coordinating machine movements, preparing quotes, and ensuring efficient day-to-day transport operations. Its perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced logistics work and building strong customer and contractor relationships. Key Responsibilities Organise and manage transport quotes Schedule transport jobs and liaise with both internal teams and external customers Coordinate timely machine mobilisations, demobilisations, and swap-outs Maintain strong relationships with transport contractors Process transport-related on-charges to customers Support general admin duties including answering phones, data entry, and correspondence What Youll Bring Knowledge of heavy plant and equipment (desirable but not essential) Intermediate or above computer literacy Strong time management and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience with quoting and manifesting transport operations Submit your CV outlining your interest, skills, and experience relevant to this role.
