Sydney or Melbourne location preferred Full-time, permanent Salary commensurate with experience The Role This newly created role was established to lead, manage and develop the Quality team to achieve a shared understanding and commitment to team objectives. You will be responsible for on-air quality in the capital city stations and all other Audio brands including podcasts. Youll provide high level oversight of all airchecks, staff skills coaching, off station days, team training, workshops, and support to key staff, including presenters, producers, managers, and content directors across all Audio platforms. Youll take principal responsibility for developing and implementing Audios talent development strategy across the Audio division, including chairing regular Heads and Directors meetings on talent and managing Quality Advisors. This is a national position and applicants outside Sydney and Melbourne will be considered. Position Description: 50070667 MANAGER QUALITY ADVISOR.pdf About You As a seasoned media professional, with experience in planning and delivering innovative programming and content across audio, you will have significant experience in the leadership, management and development of high-performance teams. You possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to develop strategic partnerships and meaningful stakeholder relationships at all levels. You will also have significant experience developing and managing talent, including evaluating and providing feedback on content and facilitating groups and coordinating workshops and training.
