Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and caf staff. Maintain stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Monitor financial performance, control budgets, and manage staffing rosters. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a caf or hospitality management role. Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality, business, or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills. A passion for coffee and creating a positive team culture. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required. Knowledge of stock management, budgeting, and health and safety standards. A hands-on, team-focused approach with a positive attitude.
