We work closely with highly skilled cardiologists, vascular surgeons and radiologists to provide the best care for our patients. We have a great group of professional and friendly nurses and radiographers that works harmoniously as a team to deliver quality patient care. About us Established in 2016, Gold Coast Private Hospital is a state-of-the-art, 340-bed facility located in the heart of the Gold Coast Precinct in Southport. With 22 operating theatres, Gold Coast Private Hospital offers a wide range of specialties including, but not limited to, 24/7 Emergency Care, Medical Services, Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat), General Surgery, Obstetrics, Cardiac Care, and Oncology. As a Radiographer in the Cath Lab your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with the Cath Lab team on coronary angiograms, pacemakers, and vascular procedures Lead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes Patient registration on all equipment and ensuring data back-up Procedural documentation Haemodynamic monitoring for patient (training will be provided) Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs Act as a role model for Safe Practice Essential Criteria: Current AHPRA Registration and EPA Radiation License Radiation Safety Ability to communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to participate in a fluctuating roster as required ECG knowledge and Cath Lab experience Compliance with ACQSHC National standards Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focused Why Healthscope?
