As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Quality Systems Team. In this role, youll be at the forefront of enhancing processes, driving system improvements, and ensuring our global operations meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.Role OverviewAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing key projects within our Quality Systems Team. You will ensure the successful execution of initiatives aimed at improving processes, enhancing system performance, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact projects within established timelines, resources and budgetsWork closely with internal/external stakeholders to define business case, project goals, objectives, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Manage project risks and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.Collaborate with stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems.Drive process improvements and system optimizations that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.Develop and manage project documentation, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.What Youll Bring:Proven experience in project management, framework and tools within a regulated industry, ideally healthcare or medical devices.Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory compliance (e,g, ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 820), and process improvement methodologies.Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively at all levels.A results-driven mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities and manage risks.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.A passion for improving processes and systems and making a difference in customersStrong skills in data analysis and the ability to generate and interpret reports to monitor project progress, identify issues, and make data-driven decisions.Proven experience in leading change management initiatives, including training and supporting end users through transitions to new systems and processes.Experience in managing relationships with external vendors, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.Experience with Generative AI tools and their application in project management.Preferred Qualifications and Experience:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Experience with Agile project management methodologies.Knowledge of medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO).At least 5 years of direct project management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably Medical Device.#LI-APACJoining us is more than saying yes to making the world a healthier place.
