You will provide administration support to the team focusing on the Outlet channel for the end-to-end buying process. Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly. Duties & Responsibilities Consolidate all required product information and costings Create PMP master data Upload sales into PMP Financial sign off - Extract data and check accuracy Supply chain handover - Extract data and check accuracy Track purchase orders and manage factory queries; chasing stock deliveries from the supplier Work closely with the distribution team to ensure effective movement of stock through the business Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders Skills & Experience Fashion graduate Strong computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office including Excel Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and follow up with key stakeholders About The Company PVH is one of the world''s largest and most admired fashion companies, connecting with consumers in over 40 countries.
