Due to significant growth and acquisitions locally they are looking to expand their Asiapac region and widen their market share globally.Job DescriptionAs part of our senior management team for the Australian market, you will lead, expand, and support the consultancy team''s business plan and capabilities. Initially focused on Australia, the role will also most likely broaden its scope across New Zealand and APAC. The role will entail collaborating with the management team to implement company strategy, ensure effective reporting measures are met, create dashboards and drive operational performance across the business aswell as management reporting. Additionally, you will oversee all operational finance, statutory reporting, and tax/treasury matters in Australia reporting into the global head office.The Successful ApplicantTo be successful in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified and have several years post qualification experience in a commercially focused role, ideally within the professional services or consulting sector. Experience in a Group or divisional Finance Director or Controller role or a Commercial Manager role in a fast-growing business will also be highly regarded as this role requires a high commercial capability. In addition to this you will have a strong skillset across KPI reporting, senior stakeholder engagement and data analytics (including financial modelling and scenario planning). You will also be able to work autonomously and have a solutions-focused mindset.
