Pinnacle Rehab offer an extensive and supportive induction program for all new employees onboarding across all areas of the business as well as regular ongoing training sessions to set all our new starters up for success in their new role.TheOpportunityThe Executive General Manager (EGM) role is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive knowledge and experience across the NSW Occ Rehab sector. You will be looking for a the next step to take your management career to an executive level and new heights. You will be leading a high performing business responsible for the successful outcomes across the day-to-day functions of the business.Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for over 250 operational staff with 3 operational direct reports across various divisions including, Same Employer Division Manager, New Employer Division Manager, Psychological Division Manager.You will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth, human resources function, with support from a specialised teams such as a Talent Acquisition Team, P&C Team, Training and Development, you will be responsible for the daily operational management leading each division to provide a superior level of service to our customers.Within your new role you will also have the support from other areas of the business including a highly efficient and experienced Business Support Team, Operations Assistant, IT Support Team, Business Improvement and Finance Teams.Your role will involve though not limited too;People ManagementProvide leadership and training (where required) to the entire operational unitUnderstand business needs and recruit accordinglyCreate a positive, results driven cultureImplement change management where requiredProductManagementUnderstand legislative frameworks that Pinnacle works withinResponsibility for the quality of products across all business divisions (SE, NE, PSYC)Drive continuous improvement of services to maintain Pinnacles positions as one of the leading providers of workplace rehabilitationMaintain license requirements within various states and frameworksAnalyticsUtilise reporting to drive performance across divisions to ensure portfolio performance is exceptionalUtilise information effectively to inform key stakeholders on performance of operational unitUnderstand and present on financial performance of the operational unitAccount ManagementCollaborate closely with Account Management team to ensure that service models and delivery meet customer performanceImplement and manage systems that identify claims requiring management review and ensure that Principal Consultants complete file reviews that demonstrate the most effective service at the right time meeting the needs of key stakeholdersEnsure that Account Managers are supported in the completion of their role by a consistent level of proactivity across files and documentation to support progression of claims and clear strategies regarding future rehabilitation activities.Implementing operational changes effectively and in a timely manner to meet customer needs based on feedback and changes in expectationsAbout YouMinimum 7 years experience working in NSW Occ Rehab sectorDemonstrated experience in managing both Same Employer and New Employer DivisionsSuccessful track record in managing a large divisionExperience managing managersTertiary qualified in either; Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling Or PhysiotherapyNext Steps!If you are looking for your next leadership challenge, one where you will be able to take the reins to shape the successful outcomes across the operational function of a high performing and growing business, reach out for a confidential discussion Danielle 0438 049 534 OR (emailprotected)How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Pinnacle Rehab was formed by a team of experienced Workplace Rehabilitation Professionals that have worked within Workplace Rehabilitation schemes for many years.
