You are adept at manage competing priorities, whilst also providing excellent customer service to clients that we support through the mortgage operations process. Youll also be a champion of customer-focussed culture, an excellent communicator, and able to ensure that the work environment is productive, fun and a healthy workplace for all onsite and remote based team members.Responsibilities include a range of tasks supporting the initiation and completion of residential, SMSF and commercial mortgage transactions, and general operations administration. This ranges from document preparation through to archiving of matters post settlement. You will be working for an organisation that supports innovation, professional development, Work-life balance and flexible working arrangements.Responsibilities Include:Developing strategies with peer Team Leaders and the Chief Operating Officer to support your team to reach service goalsManaging the flow of day-to-day team functions, including work volumes and staffingMonitoring team performance/output to ensure appropriate service levels are being maintained (daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs / SLAs)Overseeing the execution of timely and accurate mortgage document preparationManaging effective escalation, complaint and conflict resolution cyclesMaintain service levels with state Land Title Offices, and ensure registration is compliant with relevant state legislative requirementsManage document dispatch and storage in line with contractual and compliance requirements, liaising with Lenders, Trustees and other parties as requiredClient Relationship Management with selected LendersActive leadership and contribution in both team and Operations leadership meetingsOngoing coaching, mentoring and support of team members including identifying opportunities for ongoing staff development through cross-skillingEvaluating team member performance and providing feedback in a timely fashion via formal and informal performance reviewsRegular reporting to the Chief Operating Officer on productivity and quality.Skills and experienceExceptional Leadership skills, with previous experience leading and motivating a diverse teamMinimum of 3 years experience in legal services and/or banking & financial services industry, in a fast-paced environment, preferably utilising PEXAStrong customer service ethic and outcome focusExperience in high performance Operations environments.
