This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the protection of South Australia''s world-renowned wine industry and help promote vital biosecurity initiatives.About the RoleReporting directly to the CEO and Technical Manager, the Communications Advisor is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing communication strategies and content that align with Vinehealth Australia''s business objectives. The successful candidate will bring strong communication expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a proactive mindset to a highly respected, purpose-driven organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all communications activities, including delivery of the Communications StrategyProvide expert strategic advice and industry connections to support organisational goalsCreate, edit, and distribute a range of materials including e-newsletters, media releases, case studies, technical fact sheets, and reportsManage content and updates for the website, social media platforms, and email marketing tools (e.g. MailChimp)Liaise with external designers and media contacts to coordinate communications outputFacilitate monthly communications meetings with internal stakeholdersAssist with internal documents, grower surveys, and board communicationsAbout YouYou are a creative and strategic communications professional with:Proven experience in planning and executing communication strategiesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong project and time management capabilitiesProficiency with digital communications tools (e.g. MailChimp, Canva, CMS platforms)Experience working in or with the wine industry or a related primary industries sector (desirable)A relevant tertiary qualification in communications, Public Relations, journalism, or related fieldWhat We''re Looking ForA credible and professional communicator who is proactive and solutions-focusedSomeone who can work independently and collaborativelyA relationship builder with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders from government agencies to growers and mediaPassion for bio-security and commitment to protecting the Australian wine industryEmployment ConditionsPart-time: 0.4 FTE (flexible scheduling available)Adelaide-based position with occasional travel within SAOut-of-hours work may be required occasionallyCurrent driver''s licence requiredAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
