You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, work collaboratively across diverse environments, and demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and decision-making skills. As a dedicated leader who prioritizes safety, you will ensure project planning, resources, budgets, and timelines are successfully met.As a seasoned Supervisor with solid experience in Civil Construction, you will have a proven commitment to safety and strong leadership qualities. You will foster a culture of autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement, and possess strong financial and commercial acumen, including understanding of costings, budgets, forecasting, subcontractor management, and project controls.Previous experience as a Civil infrastructure supervisor, including Earthworks, Drainage, Pavement Construction, and coordination of work crews, is advantageous.
