They develop advanced technologies that help organizations stay ahead in the fast-changing digital world.Role DescriptionImplement the direction set by your people leader.Collaborate effectively to ensure team goals are achieved by providing input into decision making and problem solving.Actively contribute to creating a culture of service excellence.Provide specialist operations input into technology asset strategies for capital investment.Represent Operations in technology discussions relating to infrastructure and standards to ensure OCC requirements are understood.Represent Operations and provide advice as required to Technology Managers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders on capital projects, including comments on project scope and design reviews.Assist in identifying risks or variations to documented scope, cost, and time impact, and collaborate with all parties to proactively seek solutions.Provide specialist operational input into technology projects to ensure all operational risks and opportunities are considered through concept design, detailed design, tender evaluation, and delivery phases of project delivery.Participate in planning activities for the delivery of technology solutions and ensure these are integrated with daily operations of the Operations group.Provide advice to Operations Leadership Team on the impact of proposed technology projects, and coordinate activities to ensure a smooth transition to operation.Support operations planning and readiness activities in other Operations disciplines on an ad hoc basis as identified by Management.Talented, committed, can-do individuals have always been the cornerstone of this dynamic organisation.
