A position has become available for an Administration Officer to join the team at Autopact CQ at the DC Motors location. We are seeking someone with proven experience in a similar role, capable of maintaining accurate data and fostering positive relationships with external suppliers and customers. Responsibilities will include: Answering and transferring phone calls. Using dealership computer systems to support the sales team administratively. Assisting with dealership administration tasks. Providing administrative support to the sales and service teams.
