Over the years, we''ve grown into a dynamic and diverse team delivering exceptional projects across Mackay and surrounding regions.With an expanding pipeline of exciting projects, we''re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and committed, hard worker to join our award-winning team in the following role.COMMERCIAL SITE SUPERVISORABOUT THE ROLE:Opening & closing of worksiteDrive projects from start to finish, while also completing on time and on budgetComply with site safety rules to minimise work related accidents and injuriesEnsure adherence with health and safety regulations and company safety systems and policesInspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.Enforce site safety rules to minimise work-related accidents and injuries.Supervise and instruct the construction team as well as subcontractors.Ensure teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.Handle onsite accidents in accordance with established company incident management procedures.Maintain accurate records of construction employee attendance and keep a daily site diary.Evaluate the performance of construction employeesAnalysing plans and specifications to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.Carry out site works/tasks as required.Carry out quality inspections and ITPsLiaise with principal representatives and attend site meetings and inspectionsABOUT YOU:Certificate III Carpentry5+ years'' experience working as a site supervisorCertifications CPR and First AidQBCC Site Supervisor LicenceWHY JOIN US?Competitive salary packaging.Ongoing learning and development opportunities.Access to ourEmployee Assistance Programfor you and your family.This is a full-time position with a vehicle allowance, phone allowance and iPad providedIf you would like further information, please send through an email todayna@fergusbuilders.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
