Position: Full-Time Front Office Receptionist We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist. Candidate Requirements: Experience in the holiday park/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role. Reservation System Experience (e.g., Newbook/RMS); training will be provided. Customer Service Experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and written skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional appearance and friendly demeanor. Willingness to perform various tasks as required. Availability to work on a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends. Immediate availability preferred.
