The Role The company is seeking a Medical Device Assembler to join their Macquarie Park team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling advanced surgical kits while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This is a 12-month contract initially with possibility for extension OR conversion into a full-time position within the business. Areas for career progression include but are not limited to, Product Development, Research & Design, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance/Control, Sales and Clinical Support. Responsibilities: Assembly of medical implants used in Orthopaedic and Spinal procedures Ensure on-time and full delivery of kits to meet hospital orders Collaborate effectively with medical device sales teams and hospitals to manage and coordinate kit orders Carry out Quality Assurance checks on all returned medical instruments About You Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Medical Science, Health/Science graduates Must have full-time availability and be flexible with working hours between 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Enthusiastic attitude Team-player Proactive and focused mindset Enjoys hands-on and technical work Thrives under pressure in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
