About the Opportunity: This rewarding opportunity will see you join the St Vincents Private Hospital Northside (Chermside, Queensland) as a Nurse Unit Manager for our Cardiology/Acute Cardiac Care Ward (Ward 2B) . In this role you will provide high quality patient care through efficient and effective management of the human and material resources of the ward. You will provide effective leadership and coordination, facilitating a customer focused culture, upholding the mission of St Vincents Health Australia and providing expert managerial guidance to the multidisciplinary team and facilitate the practice of nursing staff within the service. Experience in managing and coordinating the operational and strategic services of the unit, including managing skill mix, WHPPD, education and development of staff, recruitment and performance management Respectfully no agencies please.
