In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering compassionate, specialist palliative care across various clinical settings. Your clinical leadership will inspire fellow nurses, and you will have the autonomy to make significant decisions that directly impact patient outcomes. Whether youre providing direct care in the community or leading innovative projects to enhance service delivery, your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care. Whether you are a Nurse Practitioner Candidate or an established Nurse Practitioner, you will continuously develop your skills through mentorship and clinical exposure. About You ou are an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. With strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality care, you are ready to support and guide your team while delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Qualifications and Registration Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing Board of Australia, holding (or eligible for) a current practising certificate. Clinical Experience and Leadership At least three years post-registration experience with proven competence in acute nursing, end-of-life care, and mentoring junior staff. Communication and Teamwork Effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams and under minimal supervision. Professional Knowledge and Innovation Solid understanding of relevant legislation, ethical standards, and quality improvement systems, coupled with creativity and flexibility in clinical practice.
