With a focus on quality, compliance, and customisation, the business partners with healthcare professionals and facility managers to enhance patient and staff experiences through tailored, functional design solutions. The Role: Because of you, critical healthcare environments will be better supported with quality furniture and bespoke solutions that improve patient care. Based in Sydney, as the NSW & ACT Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition while nurturing existing client relationships. This role focuses on expanding our clients presence in key healthcare and aged care facilities, ensuring tailored solutions are delivered to meet client needs. With support from internal teams, youll take full ownership of this lucrative territory that presents with strong growth potential. Key Responsibilities include: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within target market Manage and grow existing accounts through strategic business development Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits Collaborate with internal teams (including leadership) to deliver tailored proposals Lead end-to-end sales processes including quoting, forecasting, and pipeline management Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows Prepare and execute quarterly territory business plans Ensure CRM systems are kept up to date with key sales data and activity Skills & Experience: Proven success in Business Development or Territory Sales roles, required Background in medical devices, capital equipment, healthcare services, or fit-out industries Experience working with architects, interior design teams, and project co-orindators, highly regarded Strong commercial acumen with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Experience managing bespoke sales cycles and solution-based selling Self-motivated with excellent time management and planning skills Outstanding communication and presentation ability Valid Australian Drivers License Tertiary qualifications in business, healthcare, or related fields, highly regarded NB: Australian working rights required.
