As a Business Consultant with a Beauty Therapist background, your mission is to cultivate existing business, drive sales growth and uphold exceptional customer service along with educating prospective clients on the value of becoming a business partner with Dermalogica. You will be responsible for: Achieving sales goals through the development of new and existing business Building meaningful business relationships with both existing and prospective customers Pursuing and securing new business acquisition through cold calling and lead continuation Collaborating with customers to create an actionable plan for business development Implementing and supporting new promotions and product launches with business partners Participating in and supporting educational programs, trade shows and promotional events Providing timely reports to management This rewarding sales opportunity will oversee Sydneys Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs with regional travel required each quarter. What You Will Bring We look for results-driven sales professionals with territory management experience within skin care, hair or health industries, capable of delivering on sales and KPI expectations.
