The role Reporting into the Head of Innovation, the Incubation Lead role is a newly created role within the Innovation team. As Incubation Lead, you will work collaboratively with our Insurance business to design, develop and incubate innovation initiatives and emerging technologies to enable us to deliver on our strategic priorities. You will own and manage the end-to-end innovation process. From lean design, validation, build, and the go-to market launch phases. Through this process, you will be able to transform new ideas, validate concepts, and grow initiatives into scalable and compelling solutions that addresses identified business problems and customer needs. About you An experienced Innovation professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar capacity, you may possess a broad range of skills sets across corporate innovation, venture building, intrapreneurship, rapid experimentation and prototyping, product and / or service design leadership roles, ideally in a Financial Services or FinTech context. You may come from a startup, accelerator, or venture capital environments, which will enable you to work in ambiguity and at pace, to continuously iterate and drive a continuous improvement mindset based on customer feedback, insights and user-data. While you possess a strong commercial acumen, you still play a hands-on role and is proficient in design, prototyping and other MVP development tools. Lastly, your outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) coupled with your ability to engage and interact, will enable you to facilitate conversations, workshops and presentations to a variety of stakeholders across all seniority levels.
